Aly & AJ (once known as 78violet) are an American pop duo consisting of sisters Alyson Renae "Aly" Michalka and Amanda Joy "AJ" Michalka. They were born in Torrance, California.
Aly and AJ are currently out on tour with Miya Folick in support of their most recent album “With Love From”. I was in attendance for the second stop of their U.S. tour at The Crystal Ballroom in Portland, Oregon.
On Sunday night, sister-duo Aly & AJ brought their “A Touch of the Beat Tour” to Portland's Roseland Theater for a night of pop elegance. Alyson and Amanda Michalka better known as Aly & AJ have been releasing music for close to two decades
