Mixing traditional forms with so-called “musical fado” in which other songs are given the emotional treatment she began edging towards the pop mainstream sang with the Rolling Stones and Prince and worked with producer Larry Klein.
Following the successful release of her seventh studio album, Casa Guilhermina, Ana Moura continued her European tour at the Islington Assembly Hall. With a fairly stripped back stage, which included a traditional Portuguese guitarist, Ana Moura made sure all eyes were on her.
