Supporting tonight was the Brisbane-bred Cub Sport, who broke out their indie bop-inducing hits Told You So and Paradise to a relatively curious crowd definitely feeling the tropical pop vibes when the quintet played Do You Hear.
New Navy have been travelling around with Andy and his band as the national tour supports and its given them a chance to reintroduce themselves to audiences, in a way.
Since the release of his debut album We’re Too Young and EP Phantom Pains Bull has taken on a new genre all together now featuring heavily layered synthesisers and drum machines that compliment his voice spectacularly.
