Before their inception in 1998, Big Kenny Alphin was a solo artist while John Rich was a bass player/vocalist and founding member of the country group Lonestar.
This show marked one of only a handful the band has played so far in 2013 as they are in the process of recording their as of yet untitled fifth studio album.
On Thursday night the pair returned to the MassMutual Center to play the Exhibition Hall without a band, save an acoustic guitar player and a drummer on a cocktail kit.
