In the mid-60's, twelve and thirteen year-old kids regularly recorded better music than most of what has been done since by groups of any age. Say You Love Me is such a song, featuring a tough rhythm, vocals tossed off without a care, and some wild high-pitched screams.

Billy Was There in Spirit, but Not Body, Which Didn’t Deter the Kids in the Least
The Billy and the Kids “Dead on the Water: Pier to Pier” concert series wrapped up on Friday night with their appearance at the rooftop venue Pier 17 in New York City.
Thursday nights are often the start of the weekend, in New Orleans some say the weekend never stops, and that proved true for the Fleur De Dead show at the Saenger Theatre on April 28th.
Last Monday & Tuesday, Billy Kreutzmann brought his latest incarnation of the Kids to the mainland to play a two-night blowout at the sandstone mecca Red Rocks. Originally slated as a single show, tickets sold out almost instantly and in light of this demand, the call for more was answered.
