Black Mountain / Majeure Distrikt Nightclub, Victoria BC, September 15
The band delivered these on all fronts, but thankfully their set was anything but back-facing, instead gripping my attention in the moment from start to finish.
The song's slow build primed the crowd for frontman Stephen McBean's slashing guitars when they finally came in startling those assembled with their sheer power.
