They are currently certified the world’s biggest independent band after leaving their record label in 2011 and gaining over 3 billion video views on YouTube.
On February 14th, 2005 a chain of events was set in motion that will culminate next year with Boyce Avenue doing something that record company executives hoped was impossible.
Cover bands are the new hot topic. With groups such as Pentatonix, Us the Duo, and The Filharmonic making their way into the music scene, musical arrangements and the stripping down of music are no longer a thing of the Internet.
Lead singer and guitarist Alejandro, was note perfect during the opening song and consistent throughout the night showcasing just why the band have racked up millions of Youtube views and subscribers.

Granted, when a bill is topped by Florida-bred brother band Boyce Avenue, which has racked up millions of YouTube hits through its series of acoustic cover videos, there are bound to be a lot of tributes tossed the crowd’s way.
