Chuck Ragan (born Charles Allen Ragan on 30 October 1974 in Houston, TX) is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He continues to be the guitarist and vocalist of Hot Water Music (1993-1996, 1997-2006, 2008-present), a punk rock band from Gainesville, Florida.
