Bio
Dr. John (born Malcolm John Rebennack on 20 November 1941; died 6 June 2019) was an American singer-songwriter, pianist and guitarist whose music combined blues, boogie woogie and rock and roll.
John shuffled onto the Corn Exchange stage, skull-encrusted canes in hand, and sat down at the piano to deliver nearly two hours of his trademark New Orleans jazz, blues, funk and R&B.
