With concerts trickling back into Vancouver's night scene, Emotional Oranges with opener Tkay Maidza performed a concert worthy of months of live-music deprivation. Their November 7th show at the Vogue had the crowd unified in both artists' energy and enigmatic stage presence.
I first became familiar with Emotional Oranges when I saw photos from a fellow photographer that I follow on Instagram. Their unique stage production caught my eye and I immediately knew it was a show I should cover for SLUG.
