Critic Consensus
Based on 11 concert reviews, the critic consensus is that Grand Archives is rated as a decent live performer, with shows that lack distinction. Grand Archives concert reviews describe live shows and performances as stunning and feel-good.
Based in Seattle, USA, Grand Archives is an indie rock band featuring five male vocalists. Mat Brooke, co-founder of slowcore cult-favorites Carissa's Wierd (not to mention an ex-member of Band of Horses) started Grand Archives with a trio of friends in September, 2006.

It’s a shame the show didn’t get a better draw (though it was a Wednesday and just a few short days since the end of the exhausting Music Fest Northwest at that – QRO festival recap).
With a close to capacity crowd, Neumo's had no shortage on holiday cheer — on top of the feel-good holiday buzz, there were tiny lights on the banisters, boys in tights and Santa-hats, and a few hundred cut-out snowflakes lining the walls.
Grand Archives stays truer to form to Carissa’s Weird with more of the darker introspective sense than the overblown rock band I’ve always found Band of Horses to be a little guilty of.
