The humour in Hayden's music is subtle and in his banter, it's dry. He set a tone by launching his show with the pre-recorded silly recipe bits from his first record, playing a compelling version of "Bad As They Seem," and then inviting the audience to feel free to pepper him with questions about anything, wh
And Paul Hayden Dresser very nicely balanced between high artiste and down-to-earth troubadour joking with the crowd but also holding up a high standard.
Though this was one of his first shows in over three years and it showed hes lost none of the endearing nature that drew us all in when we were teenagers.
