With a chilled out relaxed vibe at The Unibar it seemed everything was cosmically aligned for tonight’s Husky gig.

Since then HUSKY have spent the last few months on an extensive tour across America and Europe and have only just returned to their home soil with tonight being the first show of their Tidal Wave national tour.

I can’t think of few better ways to spend an evening than to head down to Brick Lane have a couple beers and wind up in Rough Trade East to watch an intimate gig with a band that I’m now expecting very big things from.

It was a night of Leonard Cohen and stories of heartbreak and journeys and creepy guys in backpackers' hostels in Europe.
