Ian Prowse

Having kicked off the AUK columns for November with a 4000+ word interview, it's fair to say that this website clearly has plenty of time for Ian Prowse, and indeed vice versa.

Across four decades in the industry – as frontman for Amsterdam and Pele, and as a solo artist – Ian Prowse may never have scored a hit but he has built up a bit of a cult following through the strength of his songwriting.

Prowse and his Amsterdam sidekicks are touring to support the formers latest set of glorious songs, Here I Lie. Opening the set with the emotional Joseph, the new songs nestled like old friends amongst the highlight strewn set.

Tucked unsurprisingly behind Darwen Library in Lancashire it probably enables the book building to stay adespite the Governments best attempts to close everyone in our country.
