Critic Consensus
Based on 14 concert reviews, the critic consensus is that Isis is rated as a mediocre live performer, with shows that lack substantial critical acclaim.
Fortunately someone in charge had their head screwed on right and Isis's (pictured) Toronto stop at the Phoenix on their Wavering Radiant tour went off without a hitch.
A shocking May 18th announcement on their website declared the end of their impactful 13-year run: Simply put, ISIS has done everything we wanted to do, said everything we wanted to say.
Clearly much more comfortable in the Manning Bar than the scorching Soundwave mid afternoon heat the Sunday before Isis blazed though a set of their unique metal making it one of the clear highlights of the Soundwave sideshows.
Arriving on British shores again in support of their latest release Wavering Radiant comes Isis, with new songs, new merchandise and most shockingly of all, a rather bedraggled looking frontman.
