L.A. Guns is the name of a glam metal group from Los Angeles, California. The current version is led by vocalist Phil Lewis with drummer Steve Riley. From 2006 to 2012, (four years after his departure from the band) Tracii Guns reformed his own version of the band, and during that time, there were two distinct lineups of L.A. Guns performing.

Resplendent in a snakeskin suit and ‘Hustler’ T-shirt – later swapped for a black leather outfit, complete with flying goggles and riding crop – Lewis is now 60 and still looks and sounds like a rock star.
If there was any musical scene or stereotype I’d want to be associated with it would have to be '80s heavy metal: the glam the girls the booze the air-headed accents the whole lot and everything that came with it.
