Bio
Little Boots is the stage name of the electropop singer-songwriter Victoria Christina Hesketh (born in 4 May 1984 in Blackpool, Lancashire, England). Her stage name comes from a nickname given to her by a friend, a reference to her unusually small feet.
However after the release of her comeback album Nocturnes earlier this year she appears to be back in her element well-deservedly smashing out characteristic blends of electro-pop and heartfelt vocals once again.
Electro pop singer Victoria Hesketh curried favour with the press five years ago with her debut Hands and is here with the burden to prove that she has created a valuable follow-up.
In her native Britain Hands her debut album had been out since last June; American fans lest they wanted to actually steal from Little Boots were made to settle for the far inferior Illuminations EP.
