No moments are ever guaranteed in life. No band has felt that harder than Lotus recently, having lost their longtime percussionist Chuck Morris, along with his son Charley, in a tragic kayaking accident on March 16, 2023.

The electronica jamband Lotus kicked off a blazing two night run at Union Transfer in Philadelphia, Pa last Friday night. These shows were rescheduled from December 2021 because of complications with covid-19, and were originally part of their year end run.

Lotus wrapped up a highly-anticipated two-night run at the Baltimore Soundstage on Saturday, February 26, with a pair of lively sets replete with their trademark infectious melodies and slick beats, albeit with a distinctly edgier & more aggressive vibe than ever before thanks to recent addition Tim Palmieri’s dynamic

Considering the absolutely unadulterated insanity that is 2020, it seemed appropriate that the long-awaited return to live music would occur in a gravel parking lot located in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex that typically plays host to the Phillies, Eagles & Sixers.
