“Performing is a very unnatural thing for me, but I'm slowing growing into it and getting more comfortable with it” Mallrat explained in an interview with ThomasBleach.com in September 2019.
After multiple postponements, one wouldn't be surprised if Mallrat decided to cancel her run of two shows at the Forum in Melbourne. Thankfully, she persevered and we were finally able to get a taste of her emphatic pop sounds once again at the Forum on Tuesday night.
Mallrat brought the party atmosphere to the Corner Hotel over the weekend with a run of four sold out shows in Melbourne, catering to both under-age fans and those over eighteen.
With a playlist full of nostalgic pop tunes from the likes of The Veronicas blasting through The Triffid on a Friday night, the party vibes were in session for Mallrat's first of three sold out shows over the weekend.
