Metric brought the old & new back to NYC, back to Bowery Ballroom
Growing up in the 90s, certain bands became the soundtrack to my life and the lives of my peers. One of those bands was Oasis, which was formed by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher.
As soon as the lights went down and they walked out on to the stage, you could immediately feel their energy and could see on their faces that they were here to have a good time, and to make sure everyone else did too.
We need something we can rely on, something/someone that always delivers, and Metric once again did just that, closing out their ‘Doomscroller’ tour at Brooklyn Steel..
With their well-received new album Formentera under their belts, Metric embarked on “The Doomscroller Tour.” On October 19th, The veteran Toronto synth-rockers brought their road-tested live show to the Fillmore in Detroit, playing to a well-packed crowd.
