If it wasn’t hot enough on Saturday, Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs kept things sizzling into the evening with their performance last night at Toronto’s Concert Hall.
In a different universe, Campbell could've been a front man, and a pretty good one. But Gainesville, Florida, had different ideas, so he spent four decades as a prolific songwriter and revered guitar player.
For Mike Campbell and crew, “Breakdown” took on a whole new meaning on March 20th, as the band's tour bus had a mechanical failure which had the potential to sideline the Knobs' second show of the weekend at Boston's legendary gem, Brighton Music Hall (formerly Harper's Ferry).
