Murder By Death and Amigo The Devil Make Triumphant Return to Minneapolis, MN, USA
Murder by Death is from Bloomington, Indiana, and perhaps that is part of the reason that the five musicians are intimately integrated with heartland Americana. Being somewhat youthful when the band started in 2000, they injected a very indie touch to the music.
Phoenix’s young venue, Crescent Ballroom was bathed in red and black as MBD ripped through an hour and a half set filled with songs from all five (soon to be six) albums.
