Freak Slug and NewDad were quite an amazing dose of indie rock goodness in their recent stop at Delmar Hall. Starting things off with a band I already adore, Freak Slug and their dynamic frontwoman Xenya Genovese, who casually mentioned this was their first ever time in St.
The Low-L Punk rock and hardcore music festival is a DIY non-profit 3 day event that takes place in Piacenza, a town in northern Italy. Indeed this is the setting for the first Italian gig by the Galway based band, New Dad.
