Tuesday Night Was A Trip Down Memory Lane With Saliva and Drowning Pool at First Avenue

The Snafu Le Tour, an epic lineup of hard rockers, headlined by Saliva and Drowning Pool and supported by Adelitas Way and Any Given Sin made a stop at the iconic First Avenue in downtown Minneapolis on October 3rd, 2023.

Local support came in the form of Ragdoll and Tempest Rising. Hard rock trio Ragdoll were up first with a short, well executed and tight set.

A trap too many alternative metal bands fall into is that, in trying to be hard and aggressive, they squeeze any melodic sensibilities out of their music.

Saliva rocked Detroit for the Only the Sickest Survive 2017 tour, bringing along The Everyday Losers and Core Effect to shake Saint Andrew’s Hall to the core.
