Testament was one of the first thrash metal bands to emerge from the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1980s. Originally formed as 'Legacy' in 1983 by founding members Eric Peterson (rhythm guitar), Derrick Ramirez (guitar) and Louie Clemente (drums), the line-up included vocalist Steve Souza and Greg Christian (bass).

As the first festival in our world to make its triumphant return last year following the pandemic, Bloodstock Festival was a saving grace for so many people who had been starved of live music in the age of lockdowns.
To say the Fox was sold out would be a bit of an understatement, with lobby, balcony, and general admission floor packed (and folks still coming through the doors) by the time Death Angel took the stage for their 6:50 p.m.
