The Infadels

Before being assigned to cover this gig I knew two things about The Infadels – their dance/rock songs often sounded better after being given some remix treatment and they’ve got a reputation (and have won awards) for putting on a heck of a show.

New York, USA

The front of the crowd is packed with wide eyed freshers waving around multi coloured glow sticks, the more mature members of the audience are further back.

Quart Festival, Norway

Tonight they are the perfect warm up for the main act hyping themselves up between songs but they can trade off their own songs easy enough.

Front man Ivan breaks out some moves that you wouldn't think possible and certainly added a great deal of charisma to the bands performance.

Back in 2004 (it seems so long ago!) their frenetic performances turned heads here at there and after winning a Diesel U-Music award they snagged a record deal with the Wall Of Sound label.
