Alongside these and other bona fide classics, such as Temptation, Somewhere Somehow, Julia Says, Sweet Surrender and Goodnight Girl, some of the other songs in the set seemed a little mediocre in comparison and had many members of the audience sitting back down.
Having announced Lee Ryan and his Blue bandmates as the support for The Wets’ Greatest Hits Tour earlier this year the crowd were treated to a duo of performances soaked in nostalgia spanning two generations.
Thankfully Wet Wet Wet have had plenty of success and can boast that they are able to deliver a greatest hits album with successful songs that have stood the test of time.
