WHY? and Baths are two acts united by their commitment to the bit. WHY? frontman and chief songwriter Yoni Wolf is sardonic and damn near misanthropic, and he crowed morbid lyrics and deployed sarcastic quips in between songs at his headlining date at Washington D.C.’s the Atlantis on Tuesday night.
That wouldn’t seem like something that’d easily fall off the radar but the use of actual real live instruments isn’t as common practice as it once was.
