In a world that feels like it is getting worse by the week, the politicised restlessness of ANTI-FLAG and their refusal to stand still in the face of injustice are arguably more pertinent than ever.
Anti-Flag does not sing love songs. Surely the musicians have treasured their experiences of love on a personal level, but sentimentality is not something they put on public display.
Some festivals struggle with cancelling once. Slam Dunk Festival has had to rearrange it's touring weekender three times since 2019 and this year's South leg, held at Hatfield House, is proof they've pulled it off in the face of adversity.
