Boy Kill Boy were a British indie-rock band who split up in October 2008 due to disappointments with their former record label Vertigo Records. The biggest accusation levelled at them is that they sound like a hybrid of all the cool indie bands of the moment without actually being as good as any of them.
Foolish perhaps considering that this being an event sponsored by a leading lager brand there will undoubtedly be lashings of the stuff for the taking and your reporter’s sea legs are notoriously ropey.
The five piece (its the in thing to sport extra band members) are undaunted by this being the opening night of the tour and get straight down to fizzing energetic punk rock.
