British Sea Power are a six-piece indie rock band based in Brighton, England, although three of the band hail originally from Kendal in Cumbria. Their style encompasses sweeping and often epic guitar pop with more visceral, angular and esoteric noises and instruments.

Being British Sea Power, they didn't offer the regular sort of rewards for this sort of thing - top level backers were given a band tattoo that will allow them into all BSP headlined gigs and any festivals that they arrange in perpetuity.
