The hottest day of the year did not deter Dilated Peoples’ fans from cramming in to the Jazz Cafe before the legendary California trio hit the stage at gone 10pm.
Comprised of DJ Babu, the militant Rakaa Iriscience and versatile producer and lyricist Evidence, the group have always kept to their roots and never allowed mainstream competition to dilute their sound.
As their support slot for Limp Bizkit‘s current tour had already sold out this evening at the University of London Union was a chance for anyone unable to get to those gigs to hear Dilated Peoples up close and intimite.
