Guster has been quite busy in the intervening 10 weeks, too: they completed their 17-date “We Also Have Eras” tour
Two weeks ago they played and impromptu dumpster set in a Philly back alley while stranded during a blizzard and Thursday they breezed into town on the heels of first serious storm to play First Avenue.
Yet no matter the tone of a particular era, the group’s always loaded its material with melodic sensibility, which was even more apparent when the foursome visited a sold out Vic Theatre for the first of a two night stand.
