Rejoice! Live music is back in all its glory and one of the first tours back saw JAMIE LENMAN perform to a sold out (and still socially distanced) crowd in Huddersfield at the shiny new premises acquired by The Parish as he played a stripped back set of his material, old and new.
It's been a long sixteen months, hasn't it? Sixteen months that have upended the world as we knew it, imposing new restrictions on the way people go about their lives from the more mundane like face masks when shopping, to shutting down live music in its entirety.
British music has always been in good hands. There has never been a time when you could even consider this island to be void of creativity, as even the most underground of underground thrives in the cities of this country.
