Christmas comes to Rosemont Theatre early with the impeccable crooning of Johnny Mathis
There was a pin-drop intensity to the whole experience – even the applause was like a billowing ripple as if people were afraid to disturb Mathis’s air of self-absorption.
The 81-year-old certainly has filled his life with many a song, and he brought an assorted collection of them to a very well-attended Santander Performing Arts Center, a site he last played in April 2011.
