Bio
JOHNNYSWIM is a Nashville based duo composed of Amanda Sudano and Abner Ramirez. The two began writing and singing together in the spring of 2006 and found that their similar influences of folk, soul, and rock blended together lusciously.
After all, they enjoyed two releases this year, an appearance on NPR, touring throughout the country and at the last show for the duo this year, Sudano sported a decidedly noticeable bulge around the middle.
This sold out show featuring JOHNNYSWIM started before the first note was strummed by opening act, native New Yorker now residing in Nashville Jonny P.
Touring in support of their intensely vulnerable new album, Georgica Pond, Abner Ramirez and Amanda Sudano-Ramirez make even the largest theater performance feel like an intimate house show.
