Best known for her global smash hit Torn, Imbruglia kicked off the night with a sparkling 40-minute performance, her recognisable voice soaring across the already packed arena. Backed by a full band, she delivered a career-spanning set.

The Irish band rip their wispy image apart with thunderous drums, crunchy guitars and full-throated vocals from an energetic Andrea Corr

It was a big night at Spark Arena, possibly too big as The Corrs Down Under tour arrived with four acts performing for over five hours. Along with The Corrs, we were treated to Natalie Imbruglia, Toni Childs and Aussie sister act Germein who got things started at 6pm.

It would be fair to say that it has been a wee while since The Corrs last graced the shores of Aotearoa, so it was no surprise that fans turned up enforce to welcome them back. Bringing along with them, not one, not two, but three support acts, Tāmaki Makaurau were certainly in for an evening of musical delight.
