Bio
LANY is a three-piece alternative band from Los Angeles, California. LANY formed in March 2014 when Paul Klein, who had a small solo career, flew to Nashville to meet up with Jake Goss and Les Priest.
Conor Burns opened the night with a brief and unnecessarily shirtless performance, recalling that Seattle royalty and one of his biggest inspirations, Nirvana, performed at the venue on Halloween back in 1991; he then dedicated a song to them.
It's been a while since LANY last visited NZ, but last night at Shed10 they had the crowd hanging off every word as they completed the first tour leg promoting their new album “gg bb xx” a tour of many dates which is scheduled to end this September at home in the USA.
