“I made a whole album and ended up throwing it in the bin. So, to be on the 'Matter Of Time' tour here in Melbourne tonight is so special.
Friday night at the Melbourne Zoo's ‘Zoo Twilights' performance series brought about an evening of upbeat soul with the pseudo-pop musings of Meg Mac and guest support Fergus James. Turning up for some wonderful weather, with the golden hour casting its glow over Meg Mac's set.
It was only a year and a half ago that Meg Mac was standing on The Tivoli stage looking out to a sold out crowd that were singing the lyrics from her debut album ‘Low Blows' back to her.
Meg Mac’s measured magic mesmerised a sold-out Tivoli Theatre (in Brisbane) on Saturday night (13 April) – the third date of her ‘Give Me My Name Back’ tour.
Earlier this year Meg Mac finally released her debut album “Low Blows” which captivated listeners with honest and bold songs that perfectly captured her unique vocals and soulful sound. To coincide with the release she announced a massive headlining tour which saw all of the dates selling out instantaneously.
