Last Saturday, post-punk royalty packed out The Fortitude Music Hall. The The were in town for two nights in a row and this was show numero uno (23 November).
The The brought their Ensouled World Tour to Auckland’s Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre. The 13th Floor’s Diana Phillips provides the words, and Joel Leong the pictures.
Matt Johnson brought The The to Oakland on the night of November 7th for the Ensoulment Tour, and the sold out Gen X crowd couldn’t have been happier to witness two full sets with no opener divided by an intermission, which began with the new Ensoulment album, their first studio album in 25 years
