Unique, quirky, college-rock band NRBQ tore it up at the Infinity Music Hall in Norfolk, Connecticut on Thursday, December 12, 2024, playing an impressive 32-song set. The band’s lyrically whimsical music, a rollicking multi-genre blend of everything from rockabilly to Beatles-influenced pop
First, NRBQ rocked a greeting to the jam-packed Hangar crowd Saturday night, noting who would make us smile more than we had in days, weeks. The upbeat “Here comes Terry” name-checked Terry Adams, Scott Ligon, Casey McDonough, John Perrin and Klem Klimek.
Keyboard player Terry Adams and his band NRBQ played their unique blend of rock ‘n roll, rhythm and blues, rockabilly, soul, jazz and country to a capacity enthusiastic crowd at the Falcon.
The band waited for the crowd to finally make its way to the dance floor — there are only a few barstools at the club; its a big dance floor space and it's rapidly filling.
