There is beatboxing and looping, sure, and there are jokes, kind of, but it all blends together in his unconventional stream-of-consciousness style until it doesn't really matter anymore what it is.
While Watts is certainly not the first artist to blend humor and music, few others can exist so comfortably in both the music world and the stand-up world, especially in the same set.
The irreverent showman, now the band leader for The Late Late Show with James Corden, took fans on a bizarre and hilarious journey at The Teragram Ballroom.
As is sometimes his wont Reggie Watts opened his New York show on Wednesday night with a long faux-misinformed riff on the history of the venue hosting him.
