Bluegrass legend Rhonda Vincent did something that few contemporary country artists would ever do. She apologized for the fact that she wouldn't have twin fiddles.
Unlike the lack of twin fiddles on country radio, this wasn't by choice. One of Vincent's band members dropped the fiddle and broke it before the
Rhonda Vincent remains just about at the very top of the bluegrass world, well probably one notch behind the untouchable Alison Krauss.
In the case of Vincent, being second fiddle ain't such a bad thing. She continues to release albums filled with good material, including her brand new CD/DVD "Ragin' Live."
