The Band Perry is an American country music band composed of Kimberly Perry (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano) and her two brothers: Reid Perry (bass guitar, background vocals) and Neil Perry (mandolin, drums, accordion, background vocals). They were born in Jackson, Mississippi and moved to Mobile, AL as early teens; eventually moving to Greeneville.

The Band Perry Ran Away from Country at Treasure Island
This band brought everything they had didn’t disappoint the near sold-out crowd, bringing guitar solos, fiddle solos, dancing, strutting, and a lot of fun.
Three young acts in the country scene closed out the WIRK Rib Round Up Saturday night: the first two performers, Scotty McCreery and Easton Corbin, gave us plenty of solid country.
Opening the show was American Idol winner Scotty McCreery. I must admit coming into the show I didn’t know who he was, even though he has hits on the radio, I just wasn’t familiar with his body of work. That said, I left a fan. Scotty has that deep baritone voice not unlike Johnny Cash or Waylon Jennings. His
