Legendary Southern gospel act enjoys warm Sunday welcome, perfect weather at popular outdoor amphitheater, while show opener Marc Cohn charms crowd with rich vocals, effusive humor.

Boys is a bit of a misnomer for the six-time Grammy-winning gospel group formed way back in the 1930s by nine-year-old students attending the Alabama Institute for the Negro Blind, located in Talladega.
The show at London’s Jazz Cafe was a triumph and the crowd were chanting and cheering long after the three remaining originals were led upstairs and away.
