The Living End, Area-7 at Festival Hall, Melbourne
A mid-week public holiday was celebrated in style last night as our neighbours from across the ditch The Living End popped over for a blistering set in support of their latest album Wunderbar.
All we have is the Powerstation on a Wednesday night, and that’s fuckin’ good enough for me. Wise words from The Living End front man Chris Cheney, as he sweated through a lively set at the venerable Auckland venue.
25 years later and 8 albums deep into their discography, The Living End are forever showing no signs of slowing down. Celebrating the release of ‘Wunderbar' the Melbourne three piece kicked off a massive national headlining tour in Brisbane to a sea of longterm fans that packed out The Tivoli in eager anticipation.
