Guitarist and vocalist Jonny Watson found that faultless balance between a shout and a moan with his pickled-punk vocals.
Following a walk down the red carpet and more than a few pre-show wines at the bar during happy hour I and many others gathered in the Space Theatre for the first show of our time at the festival.
Armed to the teeth with twenty-something of their most avid followers and sidekicks Yokohomos and Hootenanny the show was something Amplifier wasn’t going to forget in any hurry.
