Forster promised us something special the minute he walked on stage. Like any good magician, he delivered it.
With over four decades in the industry Robert Forster has lived through a lot. When the Go-Betweens started at Brisbane University in 1977 Americana wasn't yet a thing and their artistic and indeed commercial dilemma for much of their early years was where they could be slotted on the indie rock to pop spectrum.
